Biking in swiss parks  
Most of the route goes through the Gantrisch Nature Park. The region and the park take their name from the mountain range. The route passes the Bernese “cabbage land” to Schwarzenburg and over the deep Sensegraben into the canton of Freiburg. For further information see right-hand column.
